Si c\u2019est vrai, je vois pour moi une premi\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie \u00e0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1633 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/fifp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/stephanie-Girerd-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"stephanie Girerd\" \/>cerner ce que je fais sur terre, dans cette famille-l\u00e0. Une deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9cennie pour me chercher moi, en dehors de tout \u00e7a et d\u00e9couvrir le cin\u00e9ma. Une troisi\u00e8me d\u00e9cennie pour apprendre le montage, l\u2019assistanat, faire quelques courts-m\u00e9trages, collaborer avec des talents aussi divers que Val\u00e9rie Lemercier, Agn\u00e8s Jaoui ou Christophe Blanc. Une quatri\u00e8me d\u00e9cennie (d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0!) pour \u00e9crire, \u00e9crire et encore \u00e9crire des fictions pour la t\u00e9l\u00e9 et le cin\u00e9ma, pour d\u00e9velopper ce projet, voyager, travailler en vid\u00e9o sous forme d\u2019essais impressionnistes, et en pratique avec des com\u00e9diens (aussi bien le grand chanteur d\u2019op\u00e9ra Ruggero Raimondi que des d\u00e9butants au Cours Florent). Une cinqui\u00e8me d\u00e9cennie pour r\u00e9aliser enfin ce film. Passionn\u00e9e par ses exp\u00e9riences, elle produit en 2012 \u201cMad Wolf Robin Origins\u201d. Un court sur l\u2019univers de Batman. L\u2019association Hors Zones est cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour porter le film et est vite vou\u00e9e \u00e0 devenir une structure de production solide et ouverte au cin\u00e9ma ind\u00e9pendant. Ce Fans film apporte un r\u00e9sultat encourageant (plus de 64000 vues sur le WEB, Festival de Cannes 2013, articles WEB et presse, Mad Movies entre autres) Hors Zones devenue une entreprise continue sa lanc\u00e9e avec des projets de longs m\u00e9trages et des courts m\u00e9trages afin de d\u00e9velopper un cin\u00e9ma ind\u00e9pendant porteur d\u2019une vision universaliste. With a background in editing, Nadia Tamo dove into production as the director of production for the documentary film about the Congo Brazzaville in 2009 as well as the FESPAM 2011 (Festival of Panafrican Music). Passionate by these experiences, she produced in 2012 \u201cMad Wolf Robin Origins\u201d. A short film on the universe of Batman. The Collective Hors Zones is created to carry out the film. Hors Zones is now focused on becoming a solid company open to independent cinema. This \u201cFans Film\u201d brings in an encouraging result (more than 64 000 views on the Web, Cannes Festival, articles Web and press, Mad movies among others). Hors Zones is continuing on this wave with full-length film and short-film projects to develop an independent film carrying a universalist vision.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>Fran\u00e7oise ELLONG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Le 8 F\u00e9vrier 1988, Fran\u00e7oise Ellong nait dans la ville de Douala. D\u00e8s lors qu\u2019elle apprend \u00e0 \u00e9crire, son sens de l\u2019imagination de r\u00e9v\u00e8le peu \u00e0<a href=\"http:\/\/fifp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/961492_10204537511130202_751747923_n.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1706 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/fifp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/961492_10204537511130202_751747923_n-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"961492_10204537511130202_751747923_n\" \/><\/a>\u00a0peu \u00e0 sa famille. \u00c0 11 ans, elle arrive dans la petite ville de Brunoy en France o\u00f9 elle vit avec son oncle. L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2006 devient celle de ses premiers pas en tant que sc\u00e9nariste mais \u00e9galement r\u00e9alisatrice, tandis qu\u2019elle poursuit en parall\u00e8le ses \u00e9tudes en Information et Communication \u00e0 Paris VIII, suivi d\u2019un Master en Cinematography and Post Production \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Greenwich \u00e0 Londres qu\u2019elle obtient avec mention. De 2006 \u00e0 2012, neuf courts-m\u00e9trages naitront de sa passion pour l\u2019\u00e9criture et la r\u00e9alisation. Neufs films en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais tourn\u00e9s aussi bien en pellicule qu\u2019en num\u00e9rique, dont plusieurs exp\u00e9rimentaux et quatre oeuvres qui feront parler d\u2019elles et seront prim\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs Festivals dans le monde. Parmi elles, \u00ab\u00a0NEK\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 2010. Le film parle de Nazisme et \u00e9voque la notion de Repentir. La r\u00e9alisation de ce court-m\u00e9trage, sera une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9preuve pour la jeune R\u00e9alisatrice, qui fans ce film, m\u00eale fiction et \u00e9v\u00e8nement historique. \u00ab\u00a0NEK\u00a0\u00bb est tourn\u00e9 en juin et est projet\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 Paris en septembre de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e. Le bilan deux ans plus tard est de 6 prix (Ours de Bronze en Autriche, Grand Prix, Meilleure image, Meilleur son \u00e0 Douala, Best Fiction \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, Mention Honorifique concours de sc\u00e9nario en France) \u00e0 travers le monde et plusieurs projections dont la plus r\u00e9cente en Belgique en Mars 2012. Mai 2012 marque la naissance du premier projet de long-m\u00e9trage de la jeune R\u00e9alisatrice : \u00ab\u00a0W.A.K.A\u00a0\u00bb. Alors de retour du 66\u00e8 Festival de Cannes, elle est incit\u00e9e par un ami Producteur et R\u00e9alisateur ind\u00e9pendant, \u00e0 franchir cette ultime \u00e9tape tant convoit\u00e9e par les r\u00e9alisateurs en devenir. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs courts-m\u00e9trages r\u00e9alis\u00e9s entre la France et l\u2019Angleterre, Fran\u00e7oise sait d\u2019embl\u00e9e que pour ce passage important, son souhait est de poser sa cam\u00e9ra sur les terres qui l\u2019ont vu na\u00eetre : l\u2019Afrique. L\u2019aventure \u00ab\u00a0W.A.K.A\u00a0\u00bb est lanc\u00e9e. Six mois plus tard, malgr\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9normes difficult\u00e9s, elle atterri au Cameroun, le sc\u00e9nario \u00e9crit par S\u00e9raphin Kakouang en mains, avec la ferme intention d\u2019aboutir ce projet totalement men\u00e9 en ind\u00e9pendant. Deux ans plus tard, \u00ab\u00a0W.A.K.A\u00a0\u00bb fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019objet de plusieurs invitations de Festivals internationaux qui ont rendu hommage \u00e0 des femmes r\u00e9alisatrices : JCFA Burkina Faso, IFC de Douala carte blanche du Festival du Film de Femmes de Cr\u00e9teil, Festival International de la Femme et du D\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 Rabat, Maroc. Surtout, le film a ouvert la 17\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Festival Ecrans Noirs \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9 au Cameroun, a remport\u00e9 le Dikalo Award d\u2019encouragement 1\u00e8re \u0153uvre de long-m\u00e9trage au Festival International du Film Panafricain de Cannes, la Mention sp\u00e9ciale du Jury Jeunes \u00e0 Besan\u00e7on en France, le Prix de la Meilleure r\u00e9alisation \u00e0 Kigali au Rwanda et Fran\u00e7oise a \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillie dans la cour des Grands en Juin 2014 en remportant le Prix Sp\u00e9cial du Jury \u00e0 la 17\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Festival du Cin\u00e9ma Africain de Khouribga au Maroc. En 1992, \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019Economie Mixte pour les Ev\u00e9nements Cannois (SEMEC) qui g\u00e8re le Palais des Festivals de Cannes, il est nomm\u00e9 Directeur de l\u2019Ev\u00e9nementiel, poste qu\u2019il occupera jusqu\u2019en 2012. Dans ce cadre, il cr\u00e9era les saisons culturelles de Cannes, relancera le festival de la Pyrotechnie et g\u00e9rera une dizaine de festivals annuels. Il aura programm\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 5000 spectacles dans sa carri\u00e8re. Depuis sa retraite, il est le g\u00e9rant de la SARL BO Conseils, dont les principales missions sont la Direction Artistique des Nuits Musicales du Suquet, un consulting sur le Mondial des Jeux de Montr\u00e9al, le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un jeu sur le Cin\u00e9ma \u00ab Le Cin\u00e9phile \u00bb et d\u2019autres activit\u00e9s diverses. Bernard Oheix a travaill\u00e9 dans de nombreux journaux comme reporter sportif et critique de cin\u00e9ma.
