Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, il est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris o\u00f9 il attend une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 sa demande de s\u00e9jour. Un soir, il est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par Lucien Charles-Henry, un policier antillais. Tout de suite le policier s\u2019adresse au migrant sur un ton o\u00f9 perce une notion de rapport \u00ab dominant-domin\u00e9 \u00bb. Seulement – dans son pays \u2013 Demba est professeur d\u2019Histoire et de G\u00e9ographie tandis que Lucien a d\u00fb quitter l\u2019\u00e9cole tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t pour aider sa m\u00e8re, femme de m\u00e9nage. D\u00e8s lors les rapports entre les deux hommes s\u2019inversent. Le dominant devient le domin\u00e9 surtout quand Demba aborde la question de l\u2019esclavage. Cela met Lucien hors de lui. Leur affrontement semble insoluble. Mais c\u2019est sans compter la pr\u00e9sence de Bienvenue, une komian baoul\u00e9 qui n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 officier sur le Quai de l\u2019Oise, en plein Paris. Demba is an African who fled his country when the regime locked up. After crossing the Mediterranean, he arrived in Paris where he is waiting for an answer to his request for a stay. One night, he is controlled by Lucien Charles-Henry, a West Indian policeman. Immediately the policeman speaks to the migrant in a tone where a notion of \u00abdominant-dominated\u00bb relationship arises. But – in his country – Demba is a professor of History and Geography while Lucien had to leave school very early to help his mother, cleaning lady. From then on the relations between the two men are reversed. The dominant becomes dominated especially when Demba addresses the issue of slavery. That puts Lucien out of it. Their confrontation seems insoluble. But it is without counting the presence of Welcome, a Baule komian who does not hesitate to officiate on the Quai of the Oise, in full Paris. So will Lucien and Demba understand each other at the end of the night?<\/em><\/p>\n
