Ce documentaire a pour objectif de mettre le cin\u00e9ma au service de la pr\u00e9servation du patrimoine culturel malien et au c\u0153ur de la r\u00e9silience des communaut\u00e9s. <\/span>
\n<\/span>En faisant le lien entre le pass\u00e9 et le pr\u00e9sent, il montre ce que la culture repr\u00e9sente dans l’imaginaire collectif des populations du Mali. Ensuite, il retrace l’histoire des pionniers du secteur culturel dans une d\u00e9marche de promotion du savoir-faire tut\u00e9laire et de transmission d’une science qui r\u00e9siste \u00e0 l’\u00e9preuve du temps. <\/span>
\n<\/span>L’histoire est racont\u00e9e en quatre actes dissociables par quatre \u00ab fous \u00bb qui, au fil de leurs promenades quotidiennes, nous font d\u00e9couvrir les diff\u00e9rents secteurs de la culture qui est n\u00e9glig\u00e9e dans de nombreux pays africains. Au Mali, il suffit d’analyser les cr\u00e9dits qui lui sont allou\u00e9s dans le budget national pour constater que le discours proclam\u00e9 avec conviction par les responsables politiques est en d\u00e9calage avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Ainsi, notre approche consiste \u00e0 choquer les consciences, celles des d\u00e9cideurs et des professionnels de la culture, dans une d\u00e9marche \u00e9ducative et sociologique.<\/span><\/p>\n

This documentary aims to use cinema to preserve Mali’s cultural heritage and promote community resilience. <\/span><\/i>
\n<\/span><\/i>By linking the past and the present, it shows what culture represents in the collective imagination of Mali’s people. It then traces the history of pioneers in the cultural sector in an effort to promote traditional know-how and pass on knowledge that stands the test of time. <\/span><\/i>
\n<\/span><\/i>The story is told in four separate acts by four \u201cfools\u201d who, during their daily walks, introduce us to the different sectors of culture that are neglected in many African countries. In Mali, one need only analyze the funds allocated to culture in the national budget to see that the rhetoric proclaimed with conviction by politicians is out of step with reality. Our approach, therefore, is to shock the conscience of decision-makers and cultural professionals through an educational and sociological approach.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
