Le film s\u2019inspire de faits r\u00e9els. Valdiodio N\u2019Diaye, h\u00e9ros de l’ind\u00e9pendance du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, est accus\u00e9 de complot contre l\u2019Etat. A travers le regard de sa fille Amina, \u00e2g\u00e9e de dix ans, nous d\u00e9couvrons les raisons d’une telle injustice. Une famille est brutalement expuls\u00e9e, tandis que Valdiodio est tenu au secret. C’est un film qui dit la souffrance mais aussi le pardon puisque Valdiodio accepte son destin et sort grandi de cette terrible \u00e9preuve.<\/span><\/p>\n

The story\u00a0 is told by a little girl, 10 years old, she is the daughter of the hero of Senegal\u2019s independence, Valdiodio N’Diaye .The film highlights an obscure moment of African independence and questions the official version of History. Valdiodio is unfairly accused of having fomented a Coup d’Etat alongside Council President Mamadou Dia. The film recount the masquerade of the procedure orchestrated by President Senghor who eliminated with the complicity of France a team considered too sovereignist. We discover\u00a0 the prison of Kedougou, in the heart of Senegal, where these elites were forced into isolation for 12 long years. Despite the separation, an invisible bond is woven between father and daughter. The short story meets the big story since the film is based on true events.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
