Masters of Rhythm is based on the performance and experience of three master percussionists from the Afro-Peruvian community. Shot in Peru in late 2014, the documentary includes musical performance, zapateo fancy footwork, interviews, and a wide- ranging conversation in which the three masters talk about learning how to play the cajo\u0301n while still tiny children. And who are these three masters?
