The film is a synthesis of a long journey that started in 2010 in four traditional fishing communities in Senegal with socio-cultural, visually processed field researches on the people of the sea in times of transition and uncertainty. The three women protagonists of the people L\u00e9bou, who hold an exemplary role in their culture between tradition and modernity, are carved out of the context of their society.
