Registrations are now open for films, video clips and series.<\/p>\n<p>Festival Location: Espace Miramar &#8211; Cannes &#8211; France<br \/>\nDate: April 14 &#8211; 19, 2020<br \/>\nDeadline for film submissions: December 31, 2019<br \/>\nFilm genres: Fiction, animation, experimental, documentary, and TV Series videos.Categories: Feature film and short film videos.<\/p>\n<p>Categories in running for The Dikalo Award (Official Selection &#8211; competition):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Feature and short film fiction<\/li>\n<li>Feature and short film documentary<\/li>\n<li>Special mention from the Jury (short and feature film)<\/li>\n<li>Dikalo Peace Award presented by the \u201cNord-Sud D\u00e9veloppement\u201d Association,<\/li>\n<li>Best actor and best actress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Note: Your film can be accepted and screened during the festival without being in competition for a Dikalo Award.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We are happy to provide any additional information that you may need.
