Synopsis (FR) : Assaman relate une histoire d’amour entre des jumeaux cosmiques et l’avenir. Un homme nommé Tukki rencontre un Être du ciel nommé Asé. Ensemble, ils sont suspendus dans un examen visuel et sonore à la recherche d’une joie florissante et de l’amour de soi. Ce qui peut sembler être une simple histoire d’amour se transforme rapidement en un kaléidoscope de mouvements et de moments introspectifs, interconnectés et intergénérationnels. Assaman vous tient pendant 14 minutes dans une vision sonore afrofuturiste et indigène – un voyage hypnotique. Assaman signifie « le ciel » en wolof.

Synopsis (EN): Assaman is a cosmic twin love story with the future. A man named Tukki meets a sky-being named Asé. Together, they become suspended in a visual and sonic examination in search of flourishing joy and self-care. What may seem a simple love story quickly expands into a kaleidoscope of introspective, interconnected, and intergenerational movement and moments. Assaman holds you for 14 minutes in an Afrofuturist and Indigenous sonic vision – a hypnotic journey. Assaman means « the sky » in Wolof.
