Synopsis (FR) : Une adolescente à l’esprit libre réalise le dernier souhait de sa grand-mère en phase terminale : construire une fusée pour la lancer dans l’espace.

Sonia Linares, grand-mère excentrique, est mourante et n’est pas autorisée à faire grand-chose sous l’autorité de sa fille surprotectrice, Céleste. Pourtant, Sonia a des projets peu conventionnels pour sa fin de vie. Ancienne ingénieure, elle est déterminée à construire une fusée et à se lancer dans l’espace avant de mourir. Avec l’aide de Ro, sa petite-fille à l’esprit libre, elle y parviendra, quoi qu’il arrive.

Synopsis (EN): A free-spirited teen fulfills her terminally ill grandmother’s dying wish of building a rocket ship to launch her into outer space.

Eccentric grandmother, Sonia Linares, is dying and not allowed to do much under the care of her overprotective daughter, Celeste. Even so, Sonia has unconventional plans for her end of life – a former Engineer, she is determined to build a rocket ship and launch herself into outer space before she dies. With the help of her free spirited granddaughter, Ro, she’ll make it happen, no matter what.
